well, you have to go into customize then depending on which layout you have it's like header pic or something like that. Load the photo from photobucket and paste in the html. VOILA!!!

Of course, that is best case scenario. You may have to resize the pic some and blah blah blah. Essentially, you just have to keep going back and forth and seeing how it looks.
