Of course, watching DS is not helping.

I've noticed that now I've read so many fics that are integrated with the canon episodes, that every time a scene changes or ep ends or something my mind supplies the next part from fic.

Like.....RayK and Fraser play poker, Fraser says he wants his air............then they fuck on the desk but only after having a fight.

oh, there are LOTS of fics that follow canon all the way through, but fill in the gaps between scenes and eps. I can't remember exactly which fic that is. But it's awesome cause when I watch it now, I've got all this backstory in my head and it TOTALLY works.
