Karen died a few hours ago.

It's kind of appropriate that it's been storming non stop since yesterday evening.

As soon as I know anything about the funeral schedule, I'll let Niki and Sarah and Liz know. I may end up still going.

I am so sorry. There is a childrens book called Number the stars, and the main character has a friends funeral on a day when it was raining, she said it was like the whole world was crying with her.
